Product Overview
The Traffic Signal Controller is a centralized coordinated road traffic signal controller, designed and built to global industrial standards for reliable, long-term outdoor operation. It features a modular design with a high-performance ARM processor and Linux multi-tasking operating system, supporting a wide range of control modes and detector interfaces. It is widely used on urban roads, highways, and county/township intersections.
Whether for multi-interval fixed-time control, actuated control, bus priority, or emergency vehicle response, the controller reliably executes timing plans, providing a solid control foundation for intersection traffic management.
To meet the needs of different intersection scales and scenarios, the controller is available in four series: Large, Medium, Small, and Wall-Mount, covering everything from arterial roads to branch roads, and from complex intersections to simple crossings.

Key Features
Control Modes
|
Mode |
Description |
|
Multi-Time Period Fixed-Time Control |
Schedules and runs various fixed-time plans according to different time periods |
|
Pedestrian Request Control |
Pedestrian push button triggers early release of pedestrian phase |
|
Actuated Control |
Detects approaching vehicles and extends green time incrementally after minimum green |
|
Single-Point Optimization Control |
Determines green ratio and cycle length for the next cycle based on traffic volume, green ratio, and saturation flow |
|
Cableless Coordination Control |
Uses GNSS (GPS / BeiDou) satellite time as a reference to coordinate adjacent intersections with offset timing |
|
System Optimization Control |
Executes control plans generated by an upper-level platform |
|
Bus Priority Control |
Detects buses and extends green time or shortens red time to give priority |
|
Emergency Vehicle Control |
Immediately switches to the requested green phase upon emergency vehicle detection |
Fault Detection & Safety Mechanisms
Equipped with comprehensive fault detection and safety protection, it detects red-green signal conflicts and red light outages, and triggers hardware yellow flash immediately. It also verifies phase tables during configuration and synchronizes parameters with the upper platform regularly.
Manual Operation & Remote Control
Supports both local manual panel operation and remote platform control, with functions including manual/auto switch, step control, yellow flash and all-red mode. It is compatible with multiple types of countdown timers.
Detector Integration
Supports IO, RS422/485 and RJ45 interfaces for connecting various detectors. Detectors are mapped to the controller's parameter table one-to-one, enabling plug-and-play configuration.
