Key goals include accelerating the digital upgrade of road infrastructure, promoting the wide use of radar‑video detection, edge computing, and AI signal controllers, and improving overall urban road operation efficiency.
The plan also encourages local governments to build replicable smart traffic solutions and support enterprises engaged in intelligent traffic equipment and system integration.
